UK Delivery Options
- 2nd Class Recorded (3-4 business days) – £3.50
- 1st Class Recorded Delivery (up to 2 business days) – £3.99
- Next Day (guaranteed by 1pm next working day if ordered by 7am) – £7.00
Both UK & International Orders
1st and 2nd class orders are despatched within 48 hours and Next Day Delivery within 24 hours. International orders are despatched within 48 hours.
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, as well as a second email when your order has been dispatched. Included will be a tracking number meaning you can track your order via the Royal Mail’s online tracking service, once it has been dispatched. Occasionally these emails may get sent to your Junk folder, so please be sure to add us to your safe list.
We aim for all UK orders to reach you within 4 working days if standard 2nd class delivery is selected at checkout, or up to 2 working days if 1st class delivery is selected. Next day delivery ensures your order reaches you by 1pm the following working day if ordered by 7am.
Very heavy orders may be sent by courier and will reach you within 1-2 days (UK).
We aim for European and international orders to reach you within 8-10 days. Please allow 7 working days and 14 working days respectively before querying your order as often, delays or busy periods are beyond our control.
Large orders may be sent in two or more separate deliveries but will be dispatched together.

Extra Information – UK Orders
Should you not be in to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card giving you instructions of how to re-arrange delivery or how to collect from your local depot. Your delivery must be collected within 14 days. We are only able to put forward a claim for missing items sent by us to you, the customer. It is your responsibility to claim for any missing returns after 15 days.
